Director of Operations, PBM/Pharmacy

The Director of Operations, PBM/Pharmacy will play a critical role in implementing and managing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operational excellence for Crumdale and our clients across all aspects of PBM/pharmacy. They will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all operational aspects of the PBM/pharmacy program. This position will involve strategic planning, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of all PBM/pharmacy operations. They will oversee day-to-day PBM/pharmacy operations to help support sales, implementations, account management, pricing, clinical, legal, and other departments. Associate Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Solutions

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Clinical Strategy & Solutions is a pharmacist who provides pharmacy strategy, financial and clinical consulting for employers across all pharmacy solutions. In this role the AVP will use their deep understanding of the pharmacy/healthcare landscape and pipeline, as well as strong clinical, analytical, financial, and business skills to develop and present a comprehensive strategy aligning to and supporting the client’s strategic goals from a clinical care and financial perspective. Strategic Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for the customer’s total service experience with Crumdale. The SAE acts as a trusted advisor while managing ongoing client relationships (brokers, TPAs, and employers) and ensuring service delivery with a focus on the pharmacy benefit. Acts as the client centric, client facing resource for assigned clients. Represents clients internally as advocate and coordinates with other functional areas within the company to implement client benefits, complete projects, and address service needs. This includes serving as the key liaison between the customer and Crumdale, building strong relationships with our client groups, implementing benefit communication programs with the client’s organization, helping the client interpret data to guide decision making, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise to ensure client satisfaction with Crumdale. Senior Underwriter – Captive


The Senior Underwriter – Captive role will provide technical expertise in evaluating new business and renewals, providing quotes which reflect the risk profile of the account as well as the goals of the company. In this role, you will help mentor and train less experienced underwriters. The successful candidate has demonstrable experience in all funding mechanisms as well as a good understanding of the self-funding market. Regional Sales Director (RSD)

Crumdale Partners is seeking Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) in markets across the country to identify and develop strong broker partner relationships. RSDs must be willing to travel and should possess strong networking skills, work ethic, an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional experience for our partners. Experience with territory planning, outbound proactive sales calls, long sales cycle development, and expertise in Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Excel is required to execute sales goals and quotas.

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Crumdale Partners is seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support the Sales team by prospecting and building territory alignment to identify and develop strong broker partner relationships. BDRs should possess prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience. Experience with territory planning, outbound proactive sales calls, long sales cycle development, and expertise in Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Excel is required to execute sales goals and quotas.

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Crumdale Partners is seeking Subject Matter Experts to support the Sales organization by providing interdepartmental collaboration with Account Management, Pharmacy, and Underwriting. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, strategic business initiatives, communicating objectives to departments, strengthening broker development strategy, contributing to case strategy, sales leadership, and expanding external stakeholder relationships.

Health Plan Account Manager

Crumdale Partners is seeking Health Plan Account Managers to coordinate all phases of our client relationships from onboarding to renewal. Beyond implementation, Account Managers are responsible for liaising with vendors and servicing accounts with day-day issue resolution and formal group performance reviews. They manage the renewal process, including reviewing and delivering renewal business quotes in coordination with sales, handling renewal paperwork, and overseeing a smooth implementation. Providing prompt, accurate, proactive, and courteous service to our client leaders and broker partners is essential.
