Senior Underwriter

The Senior Underwriter will provide technical expertise in evaluating new business and renewals, providing quotes which reflect the risk profile of the account as well as the goals of the company. In this role, you will help mentor and train less experienced underwriters. The successful candidate has demonstrable experience in all funding mechanisms, a good understanding of the self-funding market, and a track record of balancing creative thinking with strong business judgement and analytical skills. HR & Payroll Coordinator

The HR & Payroll Coordinator will fill a newly created role in the company with responsibility to manage and further develop an HR function and oversee payroll. This hands-on position will entail consolidating responsibilities currently shared among several individuals. This role will manage tactical HR responsibilities such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and coordination of quarterly performance evaluations, etc. This position will also manage payroll, which is processed twice monthly by an outsourced third-party service provider. Regular interaction with both the outsourced payroll vendor and payroll system (Paylocity) will be required, including communication of any/all periodic payroll changes to the outsourced payroll vendor. Pharmacy Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator who will oversee ongoing solutions to support patients/employees/ groups. This position will help members access medications through innovative programs. The Pharmacy Care Coordinator will handhold the member throughout the process and will contact pharmacies, PBMs, health care providers, and/or other vendors in the pharmacy ecosystem on the member’s behalf to gather information. Crumdale Partners is seeking Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) in markets across the country to identify and develop strong broker partner relationships. RSDs must be willing to travel and should possess strong networking skills, work ethic, an eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing an exceptional experience for our partners. Experience with territory planning, outbound proactive sales calls, long sales cycle development, and expertise in Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Excel is required to execute sales goals and quotas.

Crumdale Partners is seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support the Sales team by prospecting and building territory alignment to identify and develop strong broker partner relationships. BDRs should possess prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience. Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Crumdale Partners is seeking Subject Matter Experts to support the Sales organization by providing interdepartmental collaboration with Account Management, Pharmacy, and Underwriting. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, strategic business initiatives, communicating objectives to departments, strengthening broker development strategy, contributing to case strategy, sales leadership, and expanding external stakeholder relationships.
